Mr. Prince specializes in representing companies locally and across the United States in facility disposition/acquisition assignments, transaction management, lease renewals, asset management, multi-family sales and consulting services.  Mr. Prince is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach earning a Bachelor's of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments and has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage.  Mr. Prince has been an instructor at University of Southern California's CAP Program and has given many lectures on commercial real estate topics nationwide and abroad.
